By placing an order with Thunderheart Hats, you agree to the following terms.

Products Thunderheart offers a mix of sourced and custom hats, apparel, and Western lifestyle goods. Product descriptions will clearly indicate whether a hat is Ready to Wear (original factory shape) or Thunderheart Shaped (individually shaped or customized by Thunderheart). Not all hats are made by Thunderheart, and we are transparent about sourcing.

Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Orders may begin processing immediately after placement. Thunderheart reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability issues.

Custom Orders Custom hat orders are made or shaped to individual specifications. Once specifications are confirmed and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom orders may have different return and exchange eligibility than standard merchandise.

Pricing Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Limitation of Liability Thunderheart is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Thunderheart's liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
