Long days and Pleasant nights.

Sorry for the late post! There had been some busy days here at the Thunderdome and I will admit, I lose track of time all time! We had our first pop up and it was great to see faces come out and get some new hats and just join us for this event. I got to shape 2 new hats and really add some flair to them and then shape up two more and got a kids hat in there as well!

I say all that to really drive home, that if I could stitch together a bunch of moments like those the rest of my days I would be happy. Wealthy and rich are not the same, a rich man has every single thing he want's and a wealthy man has everything he needs. I learned that I am not rich by any means, but I'm pretty damn wealthy with friends and family supporting me. According to statistics 20- 22% of businesses fail in their first year, can that happen to me? 100% but will I still keep rolling steam and moving felt if its slow? Hell yeah!

This started as a way to make sure my hats were fitting right, and I've snowballed into so much more. I had a person comment the other day in passing on my Summer Thunder T-Shirt ( I wear my merch like I wear Harley merch too! lol). They said "That's a pretty cool shirt where you get it?" And I told them Thunderheart and they responded like "Hats, I would have never figured, hats never fit me." and the most important one "They don't look good on me".

I love those folk because they truly don't know what it is to wear one but the minute I can get one on their head, their outlook changes. Confidence rises and they stand a little straighter. The spirit of the west is extremely infectious and when it grabs you let go and ride!

We have a rodeo coming up soon as supporters and also as viewers (Fun fact I love the rodeo, I wanted to try but TH-05 said "Hell no the Army made your body bad, that will make it worse".) It will be a great time to get out there and see different shapes and sizes and more importantly get a chance to rep the brand.

We all ride for something or someone, we all carry a spirit within us that we can see in others. That smile from a new owner of a hat when they put it on for the first time or even that look as a child gets their very first hat when Mom and Dad get theirs. All of that stirs something in the soul and leaves a indelible mark. We are all riding together and in someway shape or form we are leaving lightning strikes across this earth with what we do. Keep the Thunder Rolling and most importantly don't be afraid to leave your first strike!

TH6-Out!
